how to get the specific cell row index suppose my data is in k24 cell i need to retrieve the cell value dynamically.

Apologies, we are not getting your problem statement can you please provide more details so we will give a proper solution? If you want to retrieve a Particular cell value, then by using Excel get cell command you can get a specific cell value. You can directly give the cell location (ex. K24) or give a variable and then assign a cell value to that variable.
