OpenBots Agent cannot connect to the cloud server

Which cloud server address do I need to enter? I use the OpenBots cloud server and have the URL: https://cloudserver.openbots.io/

Danny,

The Cloud feature was recently added to the suite of tools available for OpenBots. Based on the shared image, the Agent version you have installed does not support Cloud connection. Please, install the latest Studio/Agent version (v1.5.3) found on our website: Downloads - OpenBots

Once installation is complete, you'll be able to see the "Orchestrator" field and set it to "OpenBots Cloud Server".

You can find this setting on the OpenBots Agent application. Above the Server URL field, it is set as "On-Premises" as default.

Please, confirm that the in the Agent application, the Orchestrator type dropdown is set as "OpenBots Cloud Server"

I have tried. When I enter the organization, the error message: Invalid URL. The URL format could not be determined.

Hi Danny,

In the case of Cloud Server, you will not use the Server URL. Instead, indicate the Organization under which the Cloud Subscription is made.
