Hey y'all I've been trying to create a template in OB documents and the file I'm using is a PDF. It uploads and says created but when i go to edit and map the fields no image is shown

August 19,2022 at 2:03 PM Please note that the pdf has to be an image pdf instead of an editable pdf. If it is editable pdf, it won't show up in Canvas or Task sections as it isn't supported by Documents.
For you to be able to upload this pdf, it has to be converted to Raster pdf, which is an image pdf. Adobe or other third party convertors can be used to do the conversion to Raster pdf.
We are going to provide implicit conversion mechanisms within Documents for all pdfs in future releases.
Please let me know if converting the pdf fixes your issue or if you have follow up questions.
