Good day. An automation I made uses the Native browser as part of the process but its showing the error message of being unable to connect to the Chrome Extension, following some guidelines from the forums I tried to confirm the right path on the com.openbots.chromeserver.message-manifest.json however I'm unable to find this json file. For context, the instalation of OpenBots was made in the D drive and a dedicated folder to it called OB, when navigating to D:\OB\OpenBots Studio\Extensions, I was unable to find the json file. Even then, would the isntallation of OpenBots in the D drive be affecting the interaction with the Chrome Extension?

Hi alfredo.carbajal.nips,
Thanks for submitting your support query.
Please share the below information and follow the detailed steps
-Studio/Agent version -Does the error occur when trying to record an element or at execution? -Confirm installation guide attached (reinstall extension) -Confirm installation path/configuration **Open your extension registry: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Chrome\NativeMessagingHosts\com.openbots.chromeserver.message **Verify the manifest path by navigating to it in File Explorer (expected path is: C:\Users%UserName%\AppData\Local\OpenBots Inc\OpenBots **Studio\Extensions\com.openbots.chromeserver.message-manifest.json in your file explorer) **Open com.openbots.chromeserver.message-manifest.json file in a text editor **Check the "path" value, make sure that the path is valid. For example, if the manifest indicates that path: "C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenBots Inc\OpenBots Studio\Extensions\NativeServer\OpenBots.NativeServer.exe", then the OpenBots.NativeServer.exe executable should be present at the indicated path If path is incorrect, please modify the path value in the manifest file to match the actual executable location. Save changes Restart Chrome
-If below steps are confirmed and issue persists, perform an extension reset **Click Start and type cmd **Right-click on the Command Prompt application from the list and select Run as Administrator **Run this command: lodctr /r **As a result, the message "Info: Successfully rebuilt performance counter setting from system backup store" should appear on screen. **Restart your computer.
If issue persists, please share the extension logs located at: C:\Users%USER%\AppData\Local\OpenBots Inc\OpenBots Native Server\Logs. This will provide us more information into what the issue could be.
