Whenever I use my excel files in OB Excel activities it becomes read only. Why is that?

Hi Harshita Aralikatte Ramesh,

​When running an automation that interacts with an Excel document, the bot will attempt to open the document using its default settings.

When using the Excel Create Application commands, you can choose how to handle Read-Only excels.

Please make sure that the path to the existing excel is correct.
