Hi Duleeka,
Yes, Robots and humans can work together and for that we have our OpenBots Assistant where you can run attended automation. For more information on attended automation - https://openbots.ai/attended-automation-examples-management-and-optimization/
Yes, we can build simple forms using OpenBots Studio commands. Studio provides commands specifically designed for user interaction; these can be found under the Automation Commands – Input subgroup. For example: Input command : This command helps you to create simple form with checkbox, combobox, textbox and checkbox etc. HTML Input command: Provides user with an HTML form to input and store a collection of data. For more information on how to build an attended automation - Please watch this demo video (keep in mind that the video uses Studio v1.6.1, the latest release Studio 1.8.0 counts with an improved Agent UI for attended automation) :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rVrY0jCP9s
In Server 1.8.0, Business Center was released as public preview. This new product supports several key pieces of functionality, including human-in-the-loop processing support and the ability to host custom sites/forms. Users can create custom sites in the Business Center, which can restrict access to authenticated users, or be accessed publicly. Forms hosted on these sites are designed using Form.IO; a powerful engine for form design that is very feature rich. Input from these forms can be utilized for automation processing through created queue items.
Thanks.
