Chrome Extension Issue

Hi Team,

When we are execute one of our scheduled process, We have observed it throws same issue time to time. Therefore we scheduled that process in two different ways like as below.

  1. Using window Scheduler
  2. Using OB Assistant

We have scheduled this particular process for one day using above both schedulers. But if one scheduler worked properly for that day, the other one fails random way with throwing below error.

Error: Unable to process request within the allowed time. Failed to communicate with browser extension.

Please kindly provide some assistant or solution for above mention issue.

Hi Pratibhaf,

The mentioned error indicates that the bot is unable to stablish a connection with the browser extension. In order to help us understand the root of the problem better, please provide the following information:

1, What are the Studio and Assistant version employed? 2. In which command does the error occur? Does it vary with each run? 3. What is the Browser engine employed in automation? 4. How is the process scheduled (attended or unattended execution) 5. Share any generated logs related to a job execution. Please include the following: The generated Agent logs for corresponding date. Which can be found at: C:\Users....\AppData\Local\OpenBots Inc\OpenBots Agent\Logs
If automation is attended, generated process logs for corresponding date : C:\Users...\AppData\Local\OpenBots Inc\OpenBots Agent\Logs\Attended Execution\OpenBots
