Upon establishing a connection to the Chrome browser using Native Browser commands, extension not responding error are commonly received. I have to quit all browsers before running the application so that the connection may be made. In certain cases, I also have to re-capture the selector to make it function. Please give me some advice.

I couldn't able to access Sharepoint portal with current credentials, it says don't have an access to it. Also not using native element recorder, manually capture elements using Native Browser Command.

Thankyou for sharing the query. Please uninstall the extension and try to install it again. For the selector issue - To capture any element as you use native element recorder. After capturing it please validate the element using UI element validator to check if the particular element is highlighted or not. You can deselect few selectors and try a combination to get the best match of selectors to capture the element.
