Hello OpenBots team
I am working with a process that downloads attachments from messages that come to me in Gmail. The detail is that certain messages are found but do not recognize that they have attachments. In other words, the mail does have two attached files, one with a PDF extension and the other with XML, but OpenBots studio does not download them. This only happens with approximately 10% of emails.
Could you help me to know why this happens, and how can I solve it, please?
It uses OpenBots studio 1.8.1
The option "unread only" is configured with the option "No"

Maybe It's happened due to some files have the same name, so they are overwritten. can you let us know which command you are using? and please share the screen shot of the script if possible so we can take closer look on it.
