Hi,
Is it possible to access the API's on the openbots cloud server instance via SwaggerHub?

Yes, the production Cloud Server swagger is not visible right now, but you can reference the Cloud Server demo instance, as it contains the same API list as production https://demo-api.cloudserver.openbots.io/swagger/index.html
In addition, the OpenBots Server SDK is available on our Gallery site. Users will be able to authenticate and implement methods from the Server SDK using a CLI or C# scripts in OpenBots v1.8.1 (scheduled to be released this week).
