Hello guys,
i set an OB server on an Azure machine and i connect my agent (on my PC) with the OB server. Connection seems good but i am not able to start a job, neither on the server, or locally. I investigate a little bit more and i found this line on the agent logs:
2021-03-10 20:04:19.343 +01:00 [ERR] Event Name: Job Execution | Log Message: Error occurred while executing the job; ErrorMessage = System.Exception: Unable to Find/Create an Active User Session for provided Credential "MattiaTest" in OpenBots.Service.Client.Manager.Execution.ExecutionManager.RunAutomation(Job job, Automation automation, MachineCredential machineCredential, String mainScriptFilePath, List`1 projectDependencies) in OpenBots.Service.Client.Manager.Execution.ExecutionManager.ExecuteJob() in OpenBots.Service.Client.Manager.Execution.ExecutionManager.NewJobsCheckTimer_Elapsed(Object sender, ElapsedEventArgs e)
Agent tell me status is connected but for sure something i missed something. Can you please help me?

Hi Mattia, I wanted to give you a quick update on the issue you have with Jobs not being run locally and also on Server. Since we already verified the domain and username for your machine, Could you please check the password that is used in the OS Credential that you have created in Server while creating the agent? This would be the password to log in to your machine which has the agent. Since you have the server in Azure machine and agent in your local machine, when it is not able to log in to your machine with the provided credentials, you bump into this 'Unable to Find/Create an Active User Session for provided Credential' message.
We have released a new version of Studio/Agent/Server this week. I would suggest you install the latest version and do the above changes to see if it works!
Hope this helps! Please try and let us know how it goes!
Thank you Lakshmi and don't worry, i will wait for your feedback!
Hi Mattia, Thanks for confirming that the Server credentials match the Machine info. I will followup with our Dev team and let you know what causes jobs not to be started both in Local and Server.
Apologies for the inconvenience!
Hello Lakshimi,
yes it is the same. On OBServer credential: UserName = m.mezzacapo Domain = itmaster
on whoami itmaster\m.mezzacapo
but i am not able to run process even in attended mode by click on the button and select local package :(
Hi Mattia, The error looks like something with the incorrect Credentials. Could you please check if the UserName and Domain in the created credentials in the Server match the value that shows up when you type in 'whoami' in the command prompt?
