Good day, I installed OB Agent and Studio on a remote PC and created an Agent to run unattended automations, however, after connecting the Agent I can see its status as connected in the Cloud Server but after a few seconds it changes to disconnected, although it shows online in the Agent App, what could be causing this behavior?

Please note that once an Agent is connected to Server, a heartbeat is sent every certain time ( 5 minutes as default), to ensure connection is maintained.
To check if the heartbeats are received, you can view the associated Agent details. Here you will find the heartbeats received for the last 24 hours in the form of a graph. For more information, go into the heartbeat logs to see the list of generated heartbeats and its current status.
