Good day, I created a scip to get the current date and write it in a new Excel file as well as send it thorugh Outlook and deploying a message of "Scrip Completed", all of this works when run locally on OBStudios but when scheduled through CloudServer it only deploys the message, it does not create the Excel file or send an e-mail. Would this be a credentials or another issue?

Hi alfredo.carbajal.nips,

Please keep in mind that when running from Agent, the Project Path folder is not accessible to the user. This folder is created only during runtime, and it is automatically deleted once the automation is completed. Usually Project Path is only used as a temp location to store file temporarily. In order to see new files created during the automation, make sure to save the updated files in an accessible location.

Also, when running through Agent, make sure that the Agent machine has all the needed applications accessible. In this case Microsoft Outlook and Excel installed.

Please note that the best way to identify errors during Agent execution, is by checking the logs generated by the server job and filtering by error level. This will help you troubleshoot your automations, even if they run in unattended mode.
