OpenBots Cloud Server Schedule is not working

Hi Team,

Please not that we are using the OB cloud server in production environment and we've used the orchestrator to schedule a process weekly on Sunday at 7.00 PM. This schedule was created on 09th December and we observed that the process was not executed and there were no system logs. Hence, we had to manually execute the process manually via OB studio.

Kindly assist us to analyze this issue.

Thanks for submitting your forum query. In order to help you troubleshoot, please provide the following information:

First, we need to identify if the schedule was effective. Verify that the schedule is Enabled and the date/time is set to Sunday 7:00 pm (by checking the job details)

If schedule information is correct, then it should have created a job at the specified date and time. Please confirm if a job was created on Sunday by checking the Server Jobs tab. If the schedule created the job successfully, the next step would be to verify the corresponding job status (New, Successful, Failed or Abandoned). Please share the related job information (if applicable).

Lastly, we need to verify that the Agent is connected to Server by checking its status on the Agent machine. To identify any Agent issue, please share the related Agent logs located at: C:\Users%USER%\AppData\Local\OpenBots Inc\OpenBots Agent\Logs\Agent Logs
