How to View a form created and published in the Business Centre?

Hi Team,

We are having a requirement to automate a document maintenance use case. Therefore, we’ll provide full access for a user (User A) for a specific network directory and assign them as approvers, whereas another set of users (User B) will be trying to upload documents to same directory.

In this use case, we would like to create a form, so that ‘User B’ can provide the uploading document type, reference no, employee name and upload date. Once the user clicks the submit button, upload request will be redirected to ‘User A’ for approval and will click on the approve button of another form which we’re planning to create by using Business Centre.

Kindly check and let us know whether we would be accomplish this use case by using the Business Center in Public Preview Mode.

In addition, we would like to know the way forward of viewing a form which we’ve already created and published in the Business Centre.

Hi Duleekam,

The OpenBots Sites/Forms tool is currently in preview mode, as some functionality has not been finalized for a full feature release.

The finalized tool will be available in the upcoming release, which will include UI improvements and additional features, as well as the option to view your published sites. The use case detailed in this email would be a perfect candidate for forms/site, as Forms allows users to setup private or public websites to collect form data from employees or customers. Form data collected can then be used to run bots to perform necessary action in various systems.

We will keep you updated of any changes, and notify you once the full feature is released. Stay tuned!
