Documents not in Account

We purchased 100 pages previously, and today purchased 200 more; and have not used the original 100 yet, but in Documents it is showing us with a balance of -$10 and no pages available.

Hi kyle.s,

No changes have been made to your account that would result in an invalid user issue. Please try to login again from an incognito window and/or after clearing the associated cache/cookies.

Let me know if you are able to login after following the mentioned steps.

Thank you for the information.

Could you please share what is the method you are using to schedule the automations? for example, if using Windows Scheduler, what are the parameter/path employed?

Please note that you can use Agent to run your automations free of charge and without needing a Server subscription. Agent can be configured as attended mode and pointing to your local resources. We recommend using the Agent, because it provides you a simplified ui to schedule, monitor and deploy your automations. Logs can be tracked from it as well, which will make it easier to pinpoint where your automations are having issues.
