I don't have access to any tool in dashboard, they disabled and locked. There is message "You have not created/linked your account with an Organization. You will get maximum benefits when you create your Organization and invite team members." How do I create the account

You can click on "Create Subscription" in order to create the account. You can subscribe to the free trial, this will give you access to the Cloud Server for free for 1 month and will unlock other Cloud components like Documents and Business Center.
Note that only Server requires a subscription, you can download Studio/Agent free of charge from the Gallery: https://gallery.openbots.io/product/STUDIO
